| Tahoe or Bust!
Every year we organize various cabin trips and go play in the snow as often as possible. There's usually a trip every 2 weeks or so, and they'll only cost ya $20 per night. CSSC organizes carpools to the cabin and back to Berkeley, what more do you want?
There are generally 3 types of cabin trips:
The regular cabin trips: |
Just your snow pals, a cabin full of talented individuals like yourself, and a big white mountain. This year we're heading to Heavenly Ski Resort. It's just a few minutes from the shores of South Lake Tahoe, and features excellent terrain park and off-piste runs for the adventurous. It is also one of the biggest mountains in Tahoe, and so has runs for riders of all levels. |
Prezidents Day nor-cal cabin trip: |
President's day is a 3 day weekend, and because all the other UC's have a 3 day weekend too, the various UC snow clubs organize this trips together, and it always ends up to be one hell of a ride! 3 days of hardcore riding, partying in different cabins every night, + several inter-campus competitions. This is one trip you don't want to miss. |
Mammoth so-cal trip: |
Mammoth is one of the biggest, most bad-ass ski resort in California, and world-famous. This trip is kind of like the Nor-Cal President's Day trip, but with more So-Cal schools. |
